General
I reserve the right to post your commissioned work(s) on my twitter account, websites, etc. You may ask me to postpone the publication date until a later time.
I have the right to stream your commission on Twitch and/or any streaming platform unless stated otherwise (there will be a $50 charge for NDA).
I have the right to refuse your commission for any reason.
Commissions will only be worked on during the weekdays. Please give me at least 3 business days to reply back before sending me another reply.
Illustrations, by default, are for personal use only. For commercial purposes, a fee will be added on top of the commission (see Copyright Usage for more detail).
No hate-based works.
Do not use my art or graphics (personal and commercial) for NFTs/Cryptocurrency-related/AI use.
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal invoice, Stripe invoice, or Ko-Fi.
Payment will be in CAD.
Personal commissions must be paid upfront before I work on the commission.
For most commercial works, the following payment process will be used:
20% paid upfront -> 30% after sketch approval -> 50% after work completion.
Time sensitive commissions are subject to extra charges (+25% rush fee of the total price. Rush fee increases with shorter deadlines). Rush fees apply to orders that need to be completed within 3 weeks after commission acceptance.
Revision fees will be applied after 3 free minor and major revisions throughout the commission process. After the free revisions, a $5.00 CAD fee will be charged for every revision made. 2D model revisions have a different charge ($10.00 CAD).
Time Management
Commission completion may range from days, weeks, and months (depending on how many commissions are before you and my schedule).
Estimated turnaround time depending on the commission: 1 to 2 weeks for chibis; 1 to 2 weeks for emotes; 2 to 3 weeks for cell-shading; 2 to 4 weeks for character background illustrations; and 2 to 4 weeks for character reference sheets.

Copyright Usage
( Personal Use )
You may:
Repost the commissioned work(s) into your account but you must credit/mention me.
Set it as a profile picture, wallpaper, etc. with proper credits (if possible).
Edit, resize, and crop the drawing for non-commercial use. However, you may not alter the drawing.
Print it for personal use.
If you ordered a chibi, you may create a charm out of it as long as no profit is gained.
You may not:
Claim the commissioned work(s) as your own.
Make any profit out of it (printing and selling, commercial use, etc).
Change/Modify/Alter the commissioned work(s).
Feed it into any AI-generation program.
Copyright Usage
( Commercial Use )
A commercial rights fee will be applied to your commission if you are using the commissioned work for profit. Depending on the fee applied to your commission, it will give you the ability to use the commissioned work for any profit gain. Please note that I, the creator, still have rights to the commissioned work. Below will be two types of fees that may be applied to your commission:Basic commercial rights fee is currently 45% of the overall commission (commission total + 45% fee) and has been included in most services that require them. Basic commercial rights fee include the following rights:
Personal use rights (as listed above)
The ability to use the commissioned work(s) for content creation with profit gain (e.g.: streaming, video content, AMVs/music videos)
Credit is still required for the usage of the commissioned work(s)
Advanced commercial rights fee is currently 200% of the overall commission (commission total + 200% fee). Advanced commercial fees include the following rights:
Personal use rights (as listed above).
Basic commercial rights (as listed above).
Mass production/merchandises of the artwork.
Cancellation & Refund
Full refunds will only be permitted if your wait order has exceeded over 6 months AND has not been started yet.
A full refund will be issued if I feel I cannot complete your order.
Partial refunds will depend on how much work I've already put into your commission. However, the payment paid upfront will not be refunded.
If the client broke any of the terms written here, the client will not be given a refund and any work made will be terminated.

By commissioning me, you, the client, agree with all of the terms and conditions on this page as listed by the creator, Yunxi/Yunxi_Xian/Yunxi.vt. Breaking these terms will result in an automatic ban from future commissions.

Step 1
Read and fully understand my Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply with my Terms & Conditions will result with a heavy warning and lifetime ban from commissions.
Look through my services and select the service that best fits your needs.
Step 2
Prepare your visual references. You must have a visual reference sheet or an existing design ready before sending me a request. I will not accept any text references. (Character Reference Sheets are an exception).
Step 3
Make sure I am available for work before sending me a request.
Requests can be made through email ([email protected]) or through my VGen. Note: VGen services are currently limited to Character reference sheet, emotes, character art, and chibis.
