I accept payment through PayPal invoice, Stripe invoice, or Ko-Fi.

Payment will be in CAD.

Personal commissions must be paid upfront before I work on the commission.

For most commercial works, the following payment process will be used:

20% paid upfront -> 30% after sketch approval -> 50% after work completion.

Time sensitive commissions are subject to extra charges (+25% rush fee of the total price. Rush fee increases with shorter deadlines). Rush fees apply to orders that need to be completed within 3 weeks after commission acceptance.

Revision fees will be applied after 3 free minor and major revisions throughout the commission process. After the free revisions, a $5.00 CAD fee will be charged for every revision made.

Commission completion may range from days, weeks, and months (depending on how many commissions are before you and my schedule).

Estimated turnaround time depending on the commission: 1 to 2 weeks for chibis; 2 to 3 weeks for character art; 2 to 4 weeks for character background illustrations; and 2 to 4 weeks for character reference sheets.

Repost the commissioned work(s) into your account but you must credit/mention me.

Set it as a profile picture, wallpaper, etc. with proper credits (if possible).

Edit, resize, and crop the drawing for non-commercial use. However, you may not alter the drawing.

Print it for personal use.

If you ordered a chibi, you may create a charm out of it as long as no profit is gained.

Claim the commissioned work(s) as your own.

Make any profit out of it (printing and selling, commercial use, etc).

Change/Modify/Alter the commissioned work(s).

Personal use rights (as listed above)

The ability to use the commissioned work(s) for content creation with profit gain (e.g.: streaming, video content, AMVs/music videos)

Credit is still required for the usage of the commissioned work(s)

Personal use rights (as listed above).

Basic commercial rights (as listed above).

Mass production/merchandises of the artwork.

Full refunds will only be permitted if your wait order has exceeded over 6 months AND has not been started yet.

A full refund will be issued if I feel I cannot complete your order.

Partial refunds will depend on how much work I've already put into your commission. However, the payment paid upfront will not be refunded.

If the client broke any of the terms written here, the client will not be given a refund and any work made will be terminated.

You, the client, are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
